Research Support Assistant

Salary: Grade 4- £18,777 to £20,989 per annum, with potential to progress to £22,876 through sustained exceptional contribution

If you answered yes to both those questions and you have experience of working in an administrative environment with a good understanding of computer packages then we have the perfect opportunity for you within the Department of Civil and Structural Engineering as a Research Support Assistant.

Working within our Research Support Team assisting with a broad range of research grant applications and awards, this is a varied and challenging role that requires you to have good communication skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the willingness to expand your knowledge base in the ever-changing funding landscape.  You will be someone who is a team player, who can work autonomously with the ability to multi-task, and enthusiasm to play a key role within our successful team assisting the whole department with managing and increasing our current grant portfolio.
