Admissions Officer

University College London - UCL Student and Registry Services - Access and Admissions

We are seeking to recruit an Admissions Officer to work in our centralised graduate admissions team.

Your duties will include: key aspects of graduate admissions administration, principally for applications received directly to UCL; all aspects of application processing including assessing and making selection decisions on applications against agreed criteria; responding to queries from applicants and work colleagues and, preparing documentation to support applicants applying for a visa through the Home Office points based immigration system.

It is essential that you have experience of admissions in a higher education setting and have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. 

The nature of the work requires you to have good interpersonal skills and be able to successfully work in a team.
