The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is a new, exciting role which will assist in the provision of an effective and efficient Human Resources and Staffing service across the School. The post will work alongside two HR & Staffing Officers and form a small team which reports to the Finance & Human Resources Manager. The post is a generalist role with a focus across a range of activities including but not limited to: HR Policies and Procedures, Operational and Best Practice, Payroll and Recruitment and Selection. The opportunity will exist for the successful candidate to develop experience across different areas. This is a busy and varied role requiring the ability to work both with limited supervision on specific tasks and in a team orientated environment, as part of achieving day to day targets and deadlines.

We are looking for HR Professionals who are interested in developing their existing HR experience across a generalist role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential as the role involves interaction with a wide variety of people at all levels as well as being the first point of contact for a high number of HR and Staffing related enquiries. As well as being proficient in the use of MS Office packages the successful candidate will be comfortable working with a number of different programmes and HR systems on a daily basis. We are looking for a supportive, team player with a flexible approach who enjoys working in a creative environment.
