9 Parks Road, Oxford

The Research and Planning Team in the Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences divisional office seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to the role of Impact and Innovation Officer.

Your primary responsibility will be to project manage the operation and delivery of the University’s Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) which the Division manages on behalf of the institution. Working with the Assistant Registrar (Planning and Research Impact), the division’s Research Excellence Framework (REF) Manager and Science Writer, you will also help to support the development of impact case studies for the REF2021 submission. This role will enable you to engage with, and provide advice and recommendations on, external debates on impact and innovation-related policy consultations/developments.

You will need to upload a CV and a supporting statement, setting out explicitly how you meet the criteria in the Job Description. Informal enquiries may be made to Dr Lizzie Peachey, Assistant Registrar (Planning and Research Impact).

The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on Monday 30 April 2018. Interviews are likely to be held on Monday 14 May 2018.
