Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

We offer highly regarded Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degrees, a broad range of Professional and Specialist qualifications and Financial Capability Programmes in schools.

This new role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated individual to provide full operational and administrative support in a growing area of the business.  Working closely with the Head of Apprenticeships, the Apprenticeships Programme Manager will ensure that The London Institute of Banking & Finance apprenticeship programmes are efficiently and effectively delivered, co-ordinate learning and teaching support and assist the Head of Apprenticeships in undertaking sector, competitor and other apprenticeship research.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, quality-driven and adaptable person who can work both independently and as part of a small team.  Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise workload.  Applicants should be educated to degree level, have a good understanding of higher education and an awareness of the current financial services environment.  Knowledge of recent developments and debates within the apprenticeships landscape would be a distinct advantage.
