Part of the Alumni & Development team, and working closely with the Head of Product Design and Programme Delivery this role will focus on developing and promoting programmes and initiatives such as the RREF student engagement activities, that have been funded by the various supporters of Henley Business School, including, Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF).

This position will be responsible for the development, planning and delivery of a strategic programme of activities and events, as well as building effective relationships with key stakeholders and seeking opportunities to engage with them to mutual benefit.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Delivering key activities that form part of funded projects such as the RREF student engagement activities, including the Mentoring Programme, Evening Lecture Series, Access Internship Scheme, and bursary programme;
  • Building relationships with the industry’s graduate recruitment teams and helping to forge strong links across the relevant sectors;
  • Working closely with the Head of Product Design & Programme Delivery, and Programme Delivery manager to manage specific projects and initiatives such as the student transition to alumni, and secure continued alumni involvement in relevant projects such as employability activities and programmes;
  • Developing proactive relationships and working collaboratively with the Alumni & Development team, students, faculty, the Careers Development team, industry professionals, and alumni to develop and deliver a wide ranging and diverse portfolio of activities to meet the project objectives.
