Starting salary £28,936- £33,518 per annum with progression opportunities to £36,613

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to join the new Academic Quality team within Academic Services. This integrated team is responsible for the delivery of high quality support to Faculties and academic partners in the implementation of the University quality assurance framework.

You will have proven experience in setting clear objectives for staff in a team environment in which flexibility and adaptability are key approaches in planning a complex and varied portfolio. You will be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues across Faculties and other Professional Services and have excellent team working, communication, organisation and planning skills.

You will utilise excellent team leadership skills to manage both team and individual performance, motivate staff and maintain high morale to deliver service excellence consistently to all BU stakeholders.
