Customer Experience Communications Officer

We have an exciting vacancy in our Customer Experience team for a Communications Officer. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for great customer experience and communicating with our future students.

The post holder will be part of a team responsible for delivering events, digital content, and communications across key stages of the customer journey.

This role will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and innovative communications across the customer journey, using our CRM system. You’ll also be creating and re-purposing content, as well as segmenting, testing, delivering, and analysing all of our customer experience marketing communications.

In addition to supporting CRM email marketing campaigns you will also be responsible for managing our flagship Course Ambassador scheme, which is an integral part of our communications tactics.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a high level of attention to detail. This is to ensure that high quality communications are created, as well as an exceptional customer experience.
