Field IT Support Analyst

About the job

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst, with excellent customer service skills, to join our IT Department.  As a member of a centralised support desk, you will need to provide IT technical support and advice to the NatCen user base of circa 1000, including all interviewers and freelancers across the UK.

The successful candidate will ideally have a good understanding and experience of the following software:

  • Windows 7, 8 & 10
  • Microsoft Office 2010
  • Outlook 2010/ Exchange
  • Laptops/Tablets build and configuration
