PA/Administrator, Library and Student Support Services Directorate

The post holder will be required to provide PA support for the Director of Library and Student Support Services and the Associate Dean of Academic Support, maintaining confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy at all times. Additionally, they will provide comprehensive and customer-focused administrative support for Library and Student Support Services, hence contributing to the smooth operation of the Directorate.

Your profile

Educated to at least A Level, and with a high standard of English language proficiency as well as IT skills, you will have significant PA/administrative experience. You will be used to planning and organising your work to achieve objectives on time and will be capable of using your initiative to resolve problems. You will have good communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment where you will build positive relationships with colleagues within the Directorate and across the University. Experience of working in higher education and student support services is desirable; otherwise you should be able to demonstrate an interest in moving into this area of work.
