Cleanroom Processing Engineer

The Mountbatten Institute houses a state of the art Cleanroom facility aimed at delivering world class nanofabrication and photonic based research. To assist in the optimal running of the facility, a position has arisen for an engineer to run and manage our state of the art electron beam lithography equipment based within the Cleanroom complex.

The position requires a well organised person who is self-motivated and able to work with the minimum of supervision. The successful candidate will have the equivalent to achieving a HND, Degree, NVQ4 qualification in an engineering discipline, preferably semiconductor related. Knowledge of electron beam lithography systems (such as JEOL or Visteq) and/or DUV Steppers is desirable. 

The role requires detailed understanding of semiconductor processing requirements, such as processes and process flows.
