Do you have a proven ability to carry out teaching and research in nutritional science, including the biochemistry or metabolism of nutrients and their impact on health?

The School of Food Science and Nutrition is the oldest such University department in the UK, and is currently undergoing an investment in staff for growth, expanding its academic capability in Nutritional Science, with the aim of providing mechanistic evidence of the role of food components and diets on health and well-being. We are seeking a Lectureship appointment in the area of Nutritional Science to deliver world class research and inspirational teaching and supervision, and invite applications from outstanding academics of high potential who are able to demonstrate a growing track record in research, student education and academic leadership.
