Salary £39,992 to £47,722 per annum (pro-rata if part time) together with USS pension benefits, if required.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, to lead culture change and to contribute to the University’s mission to consolidate its status as a top 30 University.  This is a professional Change Management post, based within a fast-paced, award winning HR Team, as it continues on its journey to continually improve the way it delivers its services across the University.

As part of the HR Leadership Team, you will role model the University’s values as you work across the HR Community to provide pro-active, professional and efficient change management support for a range of newly developed, and developing, HR services.

Playing a critical role in ensuring HR projects meet agreed objectives and are delivered on time and within budget, whilst maximising stakeholder adoption, you will have strong emotional intelligence, exemplary communication skills, political awareness and the ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders. You will also possess strong project management skills and will be outcome driven.

This position will be based at the Singleton Campus but you may be expected to work at the Bay Campus on occasions.
