University of Exeter - Strategic Delivery Unit - People Services and Global Partnerships

Full time - 6 month fixed term contract - immediately available 

Working as part of a focused project team within the Strategic Delivery Unit you will be helping to implement a new customer relationship management system that will revolutionise the way we communicate with our future students.

We are looking for someone with outstanding copywriting skills to shake-up our current communications and produce exciting new communications that will make applicants at all levels of study choose Exeter. You will have experience across integrated marketing campaigns, project management, and an ability to monitor and manage external suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout your campaigns. You will also have a good working knowledge of social media and writing for the web including navigation, content and accessibility. Experience of managing photo and video shoots would also be an advantage.

Methodical in your approach, you will be highly organised and able to work to deadlines, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with a wide range of academic and professional colleagues. You will also possess flair and creativity to generate marketing activities which stand out in the sector.

The Strategic Delivery Unit runs large-scale strategic projects designed to revolutionise the way the University works by implementing new systems and ways of working. The Student Recruitment Project is one of these, and is analysing and improving our end-to-end student recruitment activities.
