CJBS is a highly ranked modern business school, located at the heart of an 800-year-old University, with an ambitious Organizational Behaviour Group. The group is looking to recruit a research scholar at the University Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) level.

The group consists of scholars in various areas of Organizational Behaviour. Group members publish in leading international journals across areas as diverse as leadership and emotions, teams, Big Data, creativity and innovation. We are open to applicants working in all areas of Organizational Behaviour.

The successful candidate will have a PhD (or be close to finishing) in organizational behaviour or related disciplines (e.g., management, organizational psychology) and have demonstrated evidence of research excellence (or evidence of the potential to publish in the best journals in the field). Depending on the experience of the successful candidate, the appointment will be made at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level and anticipated to start on 1 October 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter.

You will be expected to contribute to teaching courses in various areas of Organizational Behaviour (as required) in undergraduate, MPhil, MBA, EMBA and PhD programmes. Project administration and dissertation supervision is also expected.
