International student recruitment is a global industry worth many billions of pounds to the UK economy. The post of Regional Manager (Middle East & CIS) represents a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in this exciting sector at London’s leading independent university within the supportive environment of a successful, experienced and expanding team.

We are seeking to attract applicants with demonstrable student recruitment successes in the Middle East, along with a strong knowledge of the education systems, people and cultures of the region. The role will primarily focus on the development of our agent and independent/international school networks, as well as the line management of the International Officer for CIS.

The post holder will work closely with the Head of Student Recruitment to develop and implement student recruitment plans for their allocated markets, undertaking international travel to represent the University at visits to international/independent schools, our agent network and student recruitment fairs. The post holder will also develop mutually beneficial relationships with our high profile alumni in the region,  drawing them into our student recruitment activity, as well as developing sustainable recruitment streams via collaborative partnership opportunities with institutions in the region.

Regent’s University London’s independent status presents particular challenges and opportunities in the Middle East and the successful candidate will need the analytical skillsto identify and develop opportunities particularly suited to the University’s profile, as well as the organisational skills to pursue them efficiently and effectively.
