Organisational Change & People Development Manager

We are seeking a talented, creative and influential team player to take a leading role in delivering the University’s new People and Culture Strategy. You will work closely with the Director of HR in the implementation and evolution of the strategy, in particular focussing on behavioural and cultural change, empowering and enabling people to achieve their full potential and building an open and positive working environment.

With a strong track record of successful delivery in a senior OD or Learning and Development role within a complex organisation, you will be highly motivated by the challenges of our aspirations and goals.

You will have the vision and drive to develop a strategic approach to organisational and individual development aligned to the University’s strategies and you will have the confidence and skill to inspire and enable others to achieve their best.

You will be a highly effective influencer, using evidence and best practice case studies to build support. As a key member of the HR Leadership Team you will exemplify the leadership and management skills we seek to develop in others.

Based in central Cheltenham you will work across all our sites in Gloucester and Cheltenham. This is one of the UK’s most desirable areas to live and work and in addition we can offer an attractive annual holiday entitlement of 37 days and a competitive pension scheme.
