Before placing an advert with us, please take a moment to read our policies on composite/ multiple vacancy adverts and discrimination in advertising.
These policies are essential to maintaining the quality and effectiveness of the site as well as complying to recruitment advertising law and this may have a direct impact on the advert(s) you wish to place.

It is our policy not to place composite adverts or multiple vacancies as a single placement on jobs.ac.uk. The reasons for this are two fold,
Studentship adverts - For studentships we highly recommend individual adverts for each project to get the best results. However we recognise that in some cases studentship advertising requires a different approach to job advertising, e.g. when projects are flexible or subject areas not completely defined. We will therefore accept composite/ multiple vacancy adverts for studentships if the advert satisfies the following criteria;
Please ensure your advert does not include any direct or indirect discriminatory text. The Equality Act 2010 renders unlawful discrimination on the grounds of 9 protected characteristics - age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation.
Basic adverts will normally be accessible on jobs.ac.uk within two working days of receipt and enhanced adverts within three working days. For those adverts for immediate placement, you will receive a Statement of Placement email confirming both the placement and your invoicing details, as soon as the advert is live on the site. If your advert has a future publish date, you will receive a Statement of Placement in the early hours of the morning on the publish date provided.
On the closing date of the advert (or after 2 months if no closing date is given), it will be automatically removed from jobs.ac.uk. A Notification of Removal will then be sent to you by email. Just for your records, the notification also details how many times your advert was read whilst it was on the site.
We are happy to amend adverts - simply email the complete amended copy text to your Account Coordinator with 'AMENDMENT' in the subject line. Amendments to adverts will be free if they are requested within 24 hours of the advert going live. After 24 hours amendment charges will be applied, please see our prices page for details.
We will then send you an invoice (unless you pay by annual subscription). Invoices are normally sent to one of your central administrative offices, such as Accounts Payable. Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice. Please make cheques payable to “Warwick University Services Ltd”.
