WMG is a dynamic, multinational group of professors, researchers, engineers, technicians, business specialists, educators, project and support staff, based at the University of Warwick.

As the largest academic estate at the University, we are able to make a real impact on industry through collaborative R&D and top class education.

Now recognised as a world-leading centre for innovation, we have developed our expertise in education, research and business over the last 40 years. Our people strive to create a better tomorrow through innovation and learning today, and we give our people the freedom and support to tackle real world issues.

From applying product evaluation technologies and crime scene evidence, to using 3D printing and assisting surgeons preparing for complicated procedures, we aim to make a real difference in society.

Our continuing success has allowed us to invest heavily in our staff and infrastructure and we now have over 700 staff and ten buildings. We believe this enables us to provide exceptional opportunities for our people, our students, and our partners. Find out more by visiting our website.

We are also proud to achieve Athena Swan Bronze status as we promote the advancement of gender equality - stimulating representation, progression and success for all.

Join us now, and develop the brightest ideas to shape the future.

I have really enjoyed being able to craft, develop and discover my preferred engineering specialism amongst a vast range of technological areas available across WMG. It has allowed for continuous varied exposure to exciting placements throughout my first year on the graduate development programme.
