School of Health and Social Care
Edinburgh Napier is one of the largest providers of nursing and midwifery education in Scotland. Uniquely, in Scotland, the School offers degrees in midwifery, all four fields of nursing practice (Adult, Child Health, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities) Allied Health Professional and Social Work Practice. We are committed to growing our academic reputation, strengthening our research profile and improving our student experience. The school is structured into research groups that reflect our areas of strength and growth: Innovating in Health Social Care Practice, Population and Public Health, Cardio-vascular Health, Mental Health and Women, Children and Families.
School of Engineering and the Built Environment
The School of Engineering & the Built Environment (SEBE) offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes that are widely recognised for their academic quality, innovation and close ties to the industries in which our graduates work. Civil, Environmental and Transport Engineering are at the heart of our activities. The School has won the Queen’s Anniversary Prize twice in recent years for its work on sustainable timber construction. All of our programmes are accredited by the relevant professional body, including the IET, RICS and JBM.
Research and Innovation Office
We have an exciting opportunity to join and lead our Knowledge Exchange team. We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Knowledge Exchange, a competent, well-rounded individual with an extensive academic and/or professional background in knowledge exchange and strong interpersonal skills.
