The Lincoln International Business School is proud to be home to a talented, diverse and international community of academics who are committed to the educational growth of the individual, the economic development of our region, and to our increased understanding of the work of organisations and the society in which they function.
Our mission; to develop socially responsible leaders ready to meet the challenges of the 21st Century Business - is guided by our commitment to the UN principles for responsible management education (PRME). All of the degree programmes have these principles embedded into the core curriculum, and our research is directed toward advancing our understanding of the role of organisations in creating sustainable social, economic, and environmental value.
Staff and students join our community from all over the world, adding to the rich tapestry of the Business School. Our approach to our work is fundamentally collaborative and engaging, and whatever your career ambitions you find a home with us to help you fulfil them.
Meet the team at our ‘Find out more’ session at 1pm on Monday 11 July.
Somewhere to call home
As one of the world’s great historic cities, Lincoln is renowned for its fusion of old and new. The winning combination of a vibrant city centre and historic Cathedral Quarter, both offering a rich variety of attractions, activities, and amenities. All of this makes Lincoln a fantastic place to call home.
Our colleagues talk about the brilliant sense of community here and many have made it their long term home thanks to the friendly, safe atmosphere; the easy access to beautiful green spaces and the excellent local schools. Creating a home in Lincoln is also far more affordable than many areas of the country with average house prices at £237,000; 68% lower than the average London house (Zoopla June '22).
