Annual salary guide
- Professor: RMB 200,000 ($ 31355.33)
- Associate Professor RMB 150,000 ($ 23516.50)
- Assistant Professor: RMB 100,000 ($ 15677.67)
Candidates with particularly strong experience and academic records will be given special consideration.
Research grant
- Start-up research package: RMB 100,000 ($ 15677.67) for Professors.
- Youth Scholars funding available for Assistant Professors and Associate Professor under 40 years old, with a lump sum research grant of RMB 150,000-250,000 ($ 23516.50 - 39194.17) and annual payment in five years.
Housing benefit
- Settlement allowance: RMB 200,000 ($ 31355.33) for Professors and RMB 140,000 ($ 21948.73) for Associate Professors and Assistant Professors paid monthly over five years.
- Monthly accommodation rental subsidy over two years, RMB 400 ($ 62.71) for unmarried and RMB 600 for married employees.
Medical benefit
- Full University benefits and public insurance.
Child schooling benefit
- Subsided University-owned nursery, primary school and middle school, ranked top in the city.
Leisure benefits
- Discounted membership for our sports facilities at the University, including a high specification indoor sports centre and swimming pool.
Holidays
- Three months for university semester holidays. Summer holiday runs from July to August, and winter holiday is based around Chinese New Year.
