Clinical Research Fellow

Applications are invited for a Clinical Research Fellow to support the Centre for Immunobiology & Regenerative Medicine. The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, scientists, nurses and support staff within the Centre, and with other team members from the larger organization, providing clinical research support for studies relating to periodontology. The post holder will be reporting to Dr Luigi Nibali, Senior Clinical Lecturer and to Professor Nikolaos Donos, Professor of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry.

Applicants must have full registration with the General Dental Council and will have demonstrable clinical research experience in the field of periodontology.

This post is part-time (0.4 FTE) and is fixed term for 24 months from 1st November 2018. Starting salary will be in the range £33,401 - £40,052 (pro rata) per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave (pro rata), defined benefit pension scheme, interest-free season ticket loan and family friendly working.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
