Utilising the resources of some 300 directly employed staff, supported by external contractors, Estates & Facilities is responsible for delivering a full estates and facilities management service to the University, including capital development, property maintenance, cleaning, security, caretaking and landscaping. 

The post holder will have responsibility for delivering as required the University’s planned maintenance programme of works together with client and centrally capital funded construction projects (ranging in value from £25k to £5million), all in accordance with the University’s policies and procedures. 

You will be required to plan and manage projects in a co-ordinated way to ensure Operational and Divisional objectives are met is essential.
