An opportunity has arisen to lead the Finance & HR Applications ICT Support Team here at Imperial College London managing a team of functional experts providing customers in Finance & HR the capacity to get maximum value in support of their business processes from a range of software products, notably Oracle e-business suite. The team provide operational support and work on IT operational and transformational projects of various size and impact.
This is an important position, suited to someone with a background in Oracle e-business suite.
To facilitate this, the job holder will ensure that;
The Team leader will need a high level of management and product expertise and be a role model for championing changes to services, implementing enhancements, being an evangelist for service delivery, sharing the team’s SME knowledge and looking to exploit existing and new services to the full on behalf of the customer base.Duties and responsibilities
You will provide overall direction and leadership to relevant teams in Finance & HR services, ensuring work is delegated to appropriate staff with the authority and responsibility to perform the work.
The successful candidate will fit well into an established team and be able to deliver benefit to the organisation through their skillset and knowledge. An exciting and challenging time lies ahead with transformational change expected in the HR and Finance Divisions in the coming years
