The National Programmes Team provides an excellent, professional, administrative service to academic staff and Participants as it relates to academic processes. The post holder will work as part of this team and will be required to be flexible and adaptable to respond to diverse requirements throughout the academic year. The post holder will be required to maintain a high standard of customer service throughout, particularly at peak periods, in order to help facilitate the exceptional Participant experience the team contributes to. The post holder will be required to develop effective working relationships with a variety of teams and departments across the organisation and partner providers.
We are looking for someone who is active and committed to the values of Frontline, has a ‘can do’ attitude; is highly numerate and organised, with excellent attention to detail. Experience of working within a higher education environment is desirable.
