This is an exciting high-profile role within the University with the opportunity to provide strategic direction and leadership in the management of the University's space planning services.

The space planning team is part of the Directorate of Estates and Campus Services and the Head is a member of the Directorate Management Group of five other Directors of service within E&CS.

The overall purpose of the Head of Space Planning is to ensure the delivery of an estate that is exceptional, that supports a student-centered experience which is based on national best practice, and is visibly sector-leading, high quality, sustainable and cost-effective.

You will have experience of managing a space target strategy, directing customer-focused services; of managing projects and programmes of constant improvement; experience of furniture procurement and large-data analysis.
