Student Administration Refresh and Simplification (StARS) Programme

The University of Birmingham has recently embarked upon an exciting transformation programme to simplify and standardize our approach to student administration in order to enhance the effectiveness of our services and deliver a more responsive and personalised approach for our students and staff.

The programme will include an upgrade and reimplementation of our existing student records system, Banner, alongside a wide-ranging review and subsequent refresh of our processes and procedures to ensure the University continues to provide an outstanding level of support for our students wherever they are located.

The University is seeking to recruit to a range of posts to support this transformation activity including a Programme Manager, Project Officers, Project Administrators, a Change Manager and a Training Manager.  If you have the skills and experience we are looking for and would love the opportunity to contribute to this significant transformation programme we would welcome an application from you.

For further information on the programme, please contact Julie Scarratt, Director of Innovation & Development at j.c.scarratt@bham.ac.uk or on +44 (0)121 414 3452.
