Student Administration Refresh and Simplification (StARS) Programme

The University of Birmingham has recently embarked upon an exciting transformation programme to simplify and standardize our approach to student administration in order to enhance the effectiveness of our services and deliver a more responsive and personalised approach for our students and staff.

The programme will include an upgrade and reimplementation of our existing student records system, Banner, alongside a wide-ranging review and subsequent refresh of our processes and procedures to ensure the University continues to provide an outstanding level of support for our students wherever they are located.
