The Africa Oxford Initiative (AfOx) is looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher who will be responsible for developing a leadership training program and Competency Framework for early career researchers following a comprehensive review of existing information. You will also be responsible for working with local and global AfOx partners to enhance the efficiency of AfOx researcher mobility projects.
You will be a PhD in a relevant field, with significant research experience. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage a varied workload under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. Ability to communicate in one or more major African languages and the willingness to travel to Africa would be desirable.
This position is available on a full-time basis, fixed-term for 2 years in the first instance.
