Shifts including weekends and shift work between 7am and 11pm.

An exciting opportunity has enabled us to recruit a dedicated Receptionists to work within our Conference Centres, Scarman, Radcliffe. This is Maternity Cover post until 28th June 2019.

Working as part of a team in our hotel/conference centre’s reception, you will offer first class customer service. You will be involved in all general reception duties such as check in/check out, switchboard operation, bedroom reservations and cash handling. You will work a variety of shifts between 7am and 11pm including weekends.

Excellent administrative, accurate cash balancing and communication skills are required for this busy role. Reception experience in a hotel/conference centre environment would be advantageous, however, full training will be provided for the right person.

You will need to be of an open and friendly disposition, dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and be able to communicate at all levels. Being able to work in a successful team and as an individual is essential.
