Student Recruitment holds responsibility for the planning and delivery of effective recruitment strategies to increase student numbers, in line with the University’s Strategic Plan.
The post holder will be responsible for managing and developing the University’s Conversion and Enquiry strategy with a view to enhancing enquiry and conversion activities in order to maximise student growth. This includes the project management of conversion initiatives supplied by our external partners at QS Enrolment Solutions.
The post holder will have strong communication skills to work closely and effectively with colleagues across both professional services and faculties, to develop and deliver effective conversion activity plans. They will also be responsible for the line management of the Conversion and Enquiries Officer.
There will be a particular emphasis on the delivery of digital conversion communications using a CRM system and the ideal candidate will demonstrate experience of the delivery of communications to a wide variety of international audiences as well as an excellent knowledge of CRM technologies.
This is a front facing role that requires a data driven candidate who possesses a strong aptitude for business information systems and a keen ability for project management. The post holder will be expected to hold a strategic outlook with a view to streamlining processes and maximising output. The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of enquiry management and conversion activities within the UK Higher Education sector.
