We are looking for an Educational Development Assistant to join our Learning and Teaching Enhancement Unit.

As part of the Deputy Provost (Learning and Teaching) team, the Educational Development Assistant’s primary function is to assist with the administration of all routine aspects supporting the work of the Learning and Teaching Enhancement Unit (LTEU). Under the direction of the Head of Educational Development the post holder will provide support on short, medium and long term initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of learning and teaching across the university. This role provides front line service to staff and helps to ensure that all activities are administered in line with the University Policies and that all relevant activities are completed by the deadlines.

The Educational Development Assistant will work as part of the LTEU and closely with designated senior colleagues and administrative contacts across the University to provide an efficient and responsive service to academic staff and external partners where necessary. Excellent liaison and organisational skills are a priority in order to assist with processes across central departments including Learning and Teaching, Planning, Communications and the Academic Office.
