An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer specialising in computing to join our faculty, someone who can inspire learning and assist with the development of the curriculum. The Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology is committed to growing high quality education and research that informs and contributes to transformational change and excellence.
We are looking to appoint a motivated, engaging, and inspiring Computing Lecturer with experience of teaching within higher education.
The Computing subject area forms a key part of the Faculty of Arts, Science and Technology. We offer an exciting range of courses that are aligned to the needs of those who wish to begin or progress their computing & IT careers. The subject group of Computing delivers programmes at various levels to full-time, apprentice and other students, with different delivery models.
The post-holder will be expected to lead on the BSc Cyber Security & Networking programmes and contribute to other programmes as appropriate. Drawing on theory, research and experience, the role holder will deliver high quality, engaging and informative learning to our range of learners, and the right person will also have the mentoring skills to support them to achieve their potential.
