The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £27,994 to £31,053 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.

This role forms part of a busy examination team within the Education Support Services (PSRB). It is responsible for providing a professional and quality service to both the students and academics of the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive individual who is committed to delivering an excellent assessment provision. The role will provide administrative support across all aspects of the clinical examinations (OSCEs) for professionally accredited programmes.

The post holder will work collaboratively with a wide range of academic and professional service staff across the university; additionally you work with multiple NHS hospitals liaising with clinicians, hospital administrators and patient educators.

You must be an excellent communicator, able to present information clearly and concisely and disseminate information across varied stakeholders.  Applicants must have excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel and some experience of scanning software would be beneficial. 

The role holder will be expected to manage a varied workload often across competing priorities, requiring the ability to negotiate and influence to deliver an excellent and effective service.

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time position.

The selection process will include a panel interview and an assessment. Interviews are scheduled to be held Friday 12th October.
