You will contribute to a professional and specialist advice and guidance service to students seeking money and housing advice to enable them to access their studies successfully. You will maintain an active caseload of advice cases and contribute to our student-led 'Money Movement' Financial Capability campaign. Experience of co-delivery with students is integral to the role.
You will have substantial working knowledge of student finance housing and other welfare issues that may impact on students in Higher Education with advisory experience in at least one of these areas. You will have well developed case working skills and an ability to manage competing priorities and workloads. You will be committed and passionate about improving the student experience and delivering excellent customer service at all times. You thrive in a team environment but can equally work on your own initiative.
We play a crucial role in the life of the University and work in an integrated way across and beyond the Directorate. Providing a range of advice support and activities designed to complement students’ academic activities empowering them to get the most out of their time at Kingston and excel as graduates of the University.
This is a full-time permanent position with a starting salary of £33688 per annum.
