Building on the outstanding successes of our previous tenure-track Chancellor’s Fellowship programmes and our world class research performance, the College of Science & Engineering is investing in a further cohort of 10 next generation research innovation leaders of the highest quality with a particular focus on Biotechnology; Living with Data; Extreme Conditions/Astrobiology; Energy; Materials and Manufacture; Risk and Resilience.
The Risk and Resilience theme is led by the School of Mathematics with appointments also possible in the Schools of Geosciences and Informatics.
Salary Scale: £40,792- £48,677 per annum (Grade 8 appointments). Exceptionally, an appointment at Grade 9 (£51,630- £58,089 per annum) or even grade 10 (from £59,828 per annum) may be made.
