We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated individual to work as part of the busy Faculty Office team. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks associated with students and courses. You will be responsible for the input of student and curriculum data, maintenance of student records, handling of student queries both verbally and in writing, servicing of committees, processing of assessments and enrolment.
You will be required to liaise with external funding bodies, and in particular producing reports in line with NHS requirements.
You will also be responsible for the customer care of students and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Possessing a good general education to A Level standard (or experiential equivalent) you will have an excellent track record in administration with experience of dealing with customers and working to tight deadlines.
