An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer position within the Fashion subject area in the Faculty of Creative Industries at the University of South Wales Cardiff campus.
The post holder will contribute to the teaching within the BA(Hons) Fashion Design course and throughout the Faculty, contributing to the development and delivery of an effective teaching and scholarly experience for the University’s students, and to help further its ambitions in research and knowledge transfer.
The role will focus on teaching within the area of fashion design and will require demonstrated subject expertise and knowledge in commercial fashion design practice, including pattern cutting, fabric manipulation and garment construction.
