Job Summary:

We are seeking someone to work in the Faculty Services team in the Business School, to coordinating and deliver effective and efficient facilities management, estates and ICT/AV support for all Business School staff and students.

Duties and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the review and development of processes to support and deliver high levels of customer service; using excellent information management and communication skills.

Essential requirements:

You will be educated to degree level or have relevant facilities and services experience. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise and communicate with staff, students and visitors.
