The Faculty of Life Sciences and Education, School of Education Early Years and Social Work, is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Secondary Education to deliver to contribute to modules and courses across the School at both undergraduate and postgraduate level with a subject specialism of Mathematics and Numeracy.

The successful candidates will join an established team deliver a range of education modules who are focused upon developing its taught provision, to enhance the student experience.

The post holder will have a teaching qualification with recent experience of working in the UK education sector. The post holder will be able to offer specialist academic and/or professional expertise in one or more areas of the curriculum. Experience in leading and developing modules and courses at FE/HE level would be advantageous. The person appointed will hold Masters Qualification with the expectation that the successful candidate will engage with and successfully complete PhD study within five years of appointment.
