Swansea University has achieved outstanding success increasing student recruitment in recent years as a result of a highly successful undergraduate recruitment, marketing and admissions campaign, led by an outstanding management team and with engagement from across the University. This new, senior level post will be accountable for leading the University’s UK student recruitment and admissions teams to achieve ambitious recruitment expectations at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
The Associate Director will have an excellent understanding of prospective student markets, engaging schools, admissions policy and strategy, a commitment to fair and transparent admissions, and a sound knowledge of broader education policy and practice issues.
