This is a one year, fixed term position to cover maternity leave, based at the Singleton Campus
Main Purpose of the Post
The post holder will be responsible for leading a team of admissions staff ensuring outcomes are aligned to the University’s strategic aim of becoming a Top 20 University. The role holder will model leadership and lead a cohesive and influential admissions function. They will understand the imperative to meet the University’s stretching student recruitment targets in line with the University’s growth trajectories. They will identify business risks and opportunities, and provide flexible, innovative solutions that will deliver on targets.
Role-modelling professional service they will continually evaluate their own impact, that of their team and of the overall function in order to improve as a professional and drive sustainable performance
