We are seeking an enthusiastic Estates and Facilities Administrative Officer to join the Resources team in Edinburgh Law School. You will have recent relevant experience of working in a varied, multi-client facing working environment, and will have a commitment to delivering a high-standard, professional service to students and colleagues.

You will be responsible for providing estates and facilities administrative coordination and oversight for all buildings and areas occupied by the School of Law. As well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to foster and maintain good working relationships at all levels, you will be able to plan and co-ordinate your work to deadlines, and be competent and experienced in the use of computer software packages including Outlook, Word and Excel and be comfortable in working with databases and online environments.

The School has just gone through a period of change due to a large-scale refurbishment, which sees us having returned to our newly refurbished home at Old College. The Estates and Facilities Administrative Officer will play an important role in supporting students and colleagues in order that they can make the most of the newly refurbished building.
