King’s Civic Leadership Academy is our new flagship programme to support social mobility and a Service Strategy ‘Big Idea’. It will create social capital for hundreds of students, place talented undergraduates with local charities to gain work experience and give successful individuals the opportunity to connect with the next generation of change makers. 

The Project Manager will lead and have strategic responsibility for the Civic Leadership Academy (CLA). The role holder will have oversight of the operational delivery of Civic Leadership Academy, responsible for ensuring high quality planning and execution of the programme.

A key part of the role will include management of key stakeholders including funders and supporters, charity partners and civic fellows as well as internal colleagues including those in the Careers & Employability Service, London and Fundraising offices.

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 2 years with the potential for extension.

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview and a presentation.
