We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administration Co-ordinator to provide diary management, pro-active assistance and administrative support for the managers in Commercial Services and the wider Facilities Division.
Commercial Services are responsible for Student Accommodation, Hospitality, Retail, Conferences, Pre School and Design and Print Services and this post will provide you with opportunities to gain insight and experience across all these areas.
You will have excellent IT, communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to produce accurate work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. You will also have experience in the organisation and administration of meetings/events, and have demonstrable team-working skills. This role requires an individual who will remain calm under pressure, deal with a number of priorities and work well in a team, whilst being able to self-manage and remain self-motivated.
In addition to a Personal Development Plan, you will have formal training provided via the Apprenticeship Levy.
This is a full time, indefinite role.
