About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Student Records Officer to join the Student Records Team in Registry and will coordinate the operational activities of the Student Records team. The role will report directly to the Student Records & Systems Manager.
The post holder will be expected to develop the effectiveness of the College’s records management practices to support an outstanding student and staff experience and to ensure that all relevant academic regulations and policies are adhered to. The post holder will work very closely with their counterparts in the Examinations and Assessment and Timetabling Teams to ensure that the College’s student administration lifecycle is built upon accurate and joined-up data.
You will be qualified to degree level and will have a proven track record of leading a team to deliver excellent results. You will be an excellent problem solver, communicator and an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively, confident working to fixed deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
You will be highly motivated in managing a complex range of activities across the student lifecycle. You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a positive approach in reviewing processes and practices and generating ideas for improvement. A commitment to ensuring data quality and providing excellent customer service is required.
Experience of working in higher education will be a distinct advantage, as will a mature understanding of academic regulatory frameworks.
