About the Department

Preference will be given to candidates with primary or secondary research expertise in entrepreneurship, sustainability, or organisational behaviour to appoint at the Lecturer or Senior Lecturer level (confirmation path / tenure track). The successful applicant will participate fully in the Department’s research and teaching activities. You will develop an independent and productive research programme related to sustainability, entrepreneurship, or organisational behaviour. The Department offers good support for conducting research, such as research funds, international conference attendance, and a very generous research and study leave plan (sabbatical).
You will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. The department teaches an undergraduate major in Management as well as masters degrees in Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Business, and International Business. You will have the opportunity to supervise student research in the masters programmes as well as PhD and DBA programmes.
