Working within the Department of Architecture and Built Environment, you will contribute to an area of the Built Environment.

To enhance the overall work of the Department, through contribution to teaching delivery, curriculum development, and programme management in Building Surveying, Real Estate, and Quantity Surveying.

To provide further expertise in to support research and enterprise in the Built Environment specifically including Real Estate Investment and Finance, Building Pathology, Cost Management, and BIM.

You must hold a first degree with subject expertise in Built Environment; a PhD is desirable or you will be prepared to enhance your industrial experience by undertaking research towards a doctoral qualification.
