Salary: £51,630 to £61,618 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for the position of Associate Professor Industrial Economics. Candidates should have a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant area, together with significant teaching experience in relevant subjects at HE level. The person appointed will be expected to engage in high quality research and to contribute to teaching on the range of programmes offered by the School at Undergraduate, Postgraduate, MBA and PhD levels.

A track record of publications in internationally excellent, peer-reviewed journals in a relevant area to economics is required along with an ability to supervise Undergraduate, Postgraduate, MBA and PhD students. Candidates should have the ability to develop their own research area, the flexibility to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work well in a team. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to teach at Undergraduate, Postgraduate, MBA and PhD levels in relevant subjects across Economics. They will also be required to make an appropriate contribution to administration.
